Return Eligibility Window

- You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Opened or used cosmetics, personal care products, or perishables

- Gift cards or downloadable software products

- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund:

- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning it.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
